This Check-Choke Chain is a limited-closure choke chain combined with a standard collar. The Check-Choke is designed to offer a humane, safe, and effective training device. Its unique martingale design uses both sturdy chain and nylon materials to create even pressure over the entire circumference of the collar when tightened. The choke chain works by tightening when the dog pulls and as soon as the dog stops pulling, the collar will relax and loosen. Dogs will quickly react to the crisp sound of the chain. The nylon section of the collar is designed to reduce the loss of neck hair and eliminate matting for long-haired coats. The unique limited closure prevents the choke from becoming too tight.
