HappyPetPaws.com accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and Diner's Club credit and debit cards. You can also checkout using Paypal. You can use Paypal without having an account with them. All orders must be placed either through our secured online shopping cart or via Paypal. Our SSL-encrypted shopping cart is run by Yahoo Merchant Solutions.
Our Shipping Information:
Most orders are processed and shipped out within two business days. We do not process orders on weekends. We currently ship ONLY within the Continental United States, but we hope to ship to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii in the near future. We ship either by UPS or USPS. We primarily use UPS, but for small light items, USPS is sometimes less expensive. For items shipped via UPS, we will provide a tracking number. We will also provide tracking numbers for USPS packages, except First Class Mail envelopes. In addition, USPS packages are not insured. UPS packages are insured up to $100.00.
All products are inspected before being shipped, but damages may occur during shipping. If a product is received damaged, it must be reported to the shipping company – either UPS or USPS – within 24 hours. All boxes and packing material must be saved. It is possible that the shipping company may want to inspect these materials. Please notify us of the damage after you have reported the claim to the shipping company.
Our Return Policy:
If you are unhappy with any of our products (except the products noted below), you may return the item(s) for a refund. Returns must be made within 21 days of us processing your order. E-mail us at admin@happypetpaws.com or happy_pet_paws@yahoo.com and we will provide you with all necessary information.
To qualify for a refund, items MUST be returned in brand new and re-saleable condition (retail packaging unopened, tags attached, all instruction manuals included, and the items not damaged or used in any way). Therefore, if your pet chews on an item, it can no longer be returned or refunded! Failure to follow these rules will void any refunds. We DO NOT cover the cost of return shipping. No refunds will be issued for packages that are refused or for packages returned after 21 days. For health reasons, there are no returns or refunds on food, edible items, medications, supplements, vitamins, or any health-related products. There are also no returns or refunds on discounted, clearance, discontinued, or custom-made items (except bandanas - see below). Any order cancelled after we have shipped the items will be treated as a return. All refunds will be given in the same manner the payment was made. Please allow 14-30 days for your return to be inspected, processed, and a refund issued. SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE ON RETURNS.
If a product or package is damaged during delivery, you must report any visible damage to the box to the shipping carrier immediately upon delivery. If your package is lost during transit, you must report this to the shipping carrier. Upon receiving credit from the carrier, we will re-ship the product. If the incorrect product is shipped, the product is defective, or the error is otherwise ours, we will correct it.
Occasionally, an item is on backorder. If that happens, we will e-mail you and let you know when we expect the item to come in. You can choose to wait for the item or cancel your order.
Custom-Made Bowls and Bandanas:
There are NO returns or refunds issued on our custom-made food/water bowls. With regard to our bowls, we strive to create high quality items, however, there may be variations in color or texture. We package the bowls as carefully as we can. If a bowl is damaged during shipping, you must report any damage to the shipping carrier immediately upon delivery. Upon receiving credit from the carrier, we will re-ship the product. We do accept returns on our handmade bandanas within 21 days of us processing your order. However, we will not cover the return shipping costs. We will issue either an exchange or a refund, whichever you prefer. The original shipping fees are not refundable on returns.

Happy Pet Paws is located in New York State, so by law, all New York State customers will be charged sales tax.

Shipping fees vary depending on the total order amount, the weight of the items, and the customer's location. Shipping fees will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Q: How long will shipping take?
UPS ground shipping takes 4-9 business days after we have processed your order. USPS shipping usually takes 3-6 business days. These are conservative figures, so your items could possibly arrive sooner depending upon your location.
Q: How can I check the status of my order?
If we ship your package via UPS, we will e-mail you a tracking number after we have processed your order. We will also provide tracking numbers for USPS packages, except First Class Mail envelopes.
